Our Executive Assessment is a structured process designed to help companies develop Internet applications to better serve their business. Our Executive Assessment focuses on web applications in the areas of commerce (B2B, B2C, B2B2C), collaboration (intranet, extranet) and business integration (supply chain). During the engagement, we interview stakeholders to understand business strategy, capture requirements, inventory hardware, software and applications. We then conduct a gap analysis between AS-IS and TO-BE scenarios to identify issues and recommend solutions.
