Position: WebSphere Commerce Developer

Location: Woodland Hills, California

 

Job Overview:

Development and administration, including development of online stores for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) using WebSphere Commerce Technology. Override native behavior of software packages with customized commands. Build Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs) to extend native databases. Support marketing initiatives with campaigns, promotions, and Line-of-Business tools. Solution architecture and problem solving, working as part of a team with senior developers/architects to design the system architecture and create solutions for technical problems that arise during a project. Implement web pages using Java technology by creating Java Servlet Pages (JSPs), using HTML, Javascript, and AJAX. Customize IBM WebSphere Commerce database and create EJBs as data access mechanisms and customize commands to alter the shopping flow. Integrate with back-end systems using JDBC, web services, or XML.

 

Requires: Masters degree in Computer Science +  6 month of experience that must include J2EE development and provided a variety of key skills in Websphere commerce, Java, SQL, HTML, XML.
